With about 2,000,000 busy bees on Golden Dog Farm pollinating our peach, pear, plum, cherry, apricot and apple trees you can not only enjoy our fresh fruit, but the fruits of their pollination labor! Our honey is straight from the hive, strained of impurities, and never pasteurized or ultra filtered. So unlike many commercial honeys, you get all of the flavor and antioxidants the bees intended. And yes, it will likely crystallize as time passes!
The honey comes from one of Golden Dog Farm's 3 apiaries, and the taste can vary based on the time of year and from which apiary it was harvested.
The large jar of honey is 1 Lb. and the small jar is 8 oz.
