Maple Syrup was a treat enjoyed by the continent's indigenous people long before the European settlers arrived and it has a prominent place in their lore. Our family has a special affinity for the Ojibway tribe - and their name for maple syrup was sheesheegummavvis, meaning "sap flows fast."
Today, we believe there is no better maple syrup than that you'll find being made from the sap that "flows" from the taps of the Golden Dog Farm maples.

We now have all three Grade A Color/Flavor Variations available. We have Golden Delicate, Amber Rich and Dark Robust. Our default will be to send you Farmer Doug's favorite - Dark Robust - if there is no flavor note. You can indicate in the notes of your order if you would prefer Amber Rich (due to limited quantities, Golden Delicate is only available in the three packs). Three packs of our 100ML and 375ML bottles will now feature one of each flavor unless you designate otherwise.

Their dark maple syrup is full of flavor n very delicious, we use it on many things, but best on buttermilk blueberry pancakes. I've been enjoying it for years through another distributor and just discovered Golden Farms is the source so now go directly to them. Love that they still make it using a wood fired concentration process and their passion for dogs :)
Incredible maple syrup!! So delicious! I use it in salad dressings and baking! Once you try it nothing else compares
