Private Wine Tasting - Glass Corncrib Experience

Vermont in the summer is magical and on Golden Dog Farm, the views are spectacular! 

We’ll start with a walk overlooking the beautiful Golden Dog Vineyard with Farmer Doug. We’ll discuss viticulture and grape growing in Vermont and enjoy an educational tasting of wines (from Vermont and beyond!). You'll learn about grape growing and wine making in a Northern Climate.

We'll then proceed to an exquisitely transformed glass corn crib originally built in 1770 by Anthony Nichols, a Quaker cabinet maker and homesteader in Danby, Vermont for a magical experience tasting wines from Vermont and beyond. 

Join us for this rare opportunity to taste wine, while enjoying one of the most stunning properties in the Green Mountains. And learn a bit about the challenges of making wine in the cold from Farmer Doug.

The event lasts about 90 minutes The wine tasting is only available to adults 21 years of age and older.
