A gift from our son and daughter in law visiting from Japan so we could experience a golden retriever like our grand-dog we meet only on zoom. Trying to explain the meeting with about 14 perfectly behaved, loving Goldens would be impossible. They were ambassadors for the farm, the breed and Becca and Doug who own the most beautiful 275 acre farm, vineyard, apiary, and the occasional dog playground for the golden retrievers who visit so that people like ourselves can share time with such loving companions . The graciousness of the hosts and the combination of gentleness and masterfully controlled exuberance of all the dogs made the time a memorable one. I was concerned since I use a wheelchair full time, but Becca and Doug and others who work there were always willing to help make it up and down the rolling terrain. I did not miss a thing. Everything was made possible seemingly effortlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Wonderful hospitable hosts, loving, gentle and happy dogs and fantastic scenery. They even managed perfect weather.

Still not received. A birthday present for 2/18. It says arriving late but it has been in San Francisco for over a week. Very disappointed.
Hi Susan. I understand your disappointment, but I'd like to highlight a couple of things for others who might read your review. You never reached out to us to help resolve the situation before leaving a 1 star review for something that was out of our control (for our part, we shipped out the day after you ordered) - we didn't even know there was an issue until we read the review. Second, without any notification of the delivery issue with the USPS, there was no way to try to help. Once we were aware that there was an issue, we immediately shipped out a replacement order (this time Priority Service), and will file a claim with the USPS for the failure to deliver on their part. Again, we totally understand your disappointment, and regret that the shipment did not make it to Hawaii in time for your son's birthday.
