The Maple Open House Brunch at Golden Dog Farm is MM-MMM Good!
The Maple Open House Brunch (aka the M Brunch) includes:
Maple Sugarhouse Tour
Music (Sweet Melodies from the incredibly talented Eric George)
Mansfield’s Best Friends (aka the Butternut Goldens and the World Famous Golden Retriever Experience)
Morning Meal with Maple Syrup (aka Brunch)
Mimosas
If this is not the most Vermont thing ever, it is definitely one of the sweetest.
The day will start with a hike to the Golden Dog Sugarhouse, where, Mother Nature cooperating, you will get to see us boiling sap and sugar making in person. Taste fresh hot syrup right from the evaporator, enjoy Sugar on Snow, and learn all about Maple Sugaring.
We’ll also have a shuttle to take you to the Sugar House if you are not excited about the 1 mile (2 mile roundtrip) hike to the Sugarhouse!
At 11:30am we will greet the arrival of the Butternut Goldens at the circa 1770 Ira Allen barn and we’ll then journey to another of Golden Dog Farm’s barns where we will host a full Golden Retriever Experience. The Butternuts will hang out on the farm after the experience for a bit so that you can capture more pics and cuddles – whatever you desire!
You can join us at any time during the event in the Ira Allen's barn for pancakes, bacon and more from Two Sons Bakehouse. Enjoy the music of Eric George throughout the “M Brunch” (we’ll have him take a break while the Golden Retriever Experience is in full swing) while we stack up delicious pancakes topped with the rich flavor of Golden Dog Farm's Wood-Fired, Organic Maple Syrups - all while you are surrounded by the beauty of one of Vermont’s most scenic farms, including a stunning view of Mount Mansfield.
Breakfast beverages (coffee, orange juice) will be provided, and there will be a cash bar featuring hot drinks, maple-themed cocktails and the newly released wine from the Golden Dog Farm/Stella 14 Collaboration. Adults (21+) will receive a complimentary mimosa with their breakfast!
Cost is $159.90/person ($149.00 + 10.90 Sales Tax)
